The culture of India has come from the peasants. Who has created it ? They are the peasantry. Who has built all the temples of south and Taj Mahal ? They are these poor-landless peasant and artisan class. It is their collective creation. We must accept their culture. Their culture is democratic culture. Vis-a-vis feudal imperialist culture, there exists a democratic culture.
Revolution means to refute. Creation of revolutionary literature and culture started from that point of time, when students-youth of our country started struggle against bourgeoisie culture. Revolutionary literature has not come into being – this perception is wrong.
